Happy Halloween!

I am especially excited for Halloween this year, because my little girl is finally old enough to know what's going on! At almost 3 years old, she understands that saying 'trick or treat' is going to get her candy, so she has been practicing this the last few weeks. In fact, she has been chanting 'Trick or treat, smell my feet, give me something good to eat' around the house all week!

A few days ago, I took her to the pumpkin patch in Half Moon Bay, where she picked out her own pumpkin. That same night, with the help of her dad and I, we proudly created our first family jack-o-lantern. Bridgette even named it Peter!

Earlier this week, there was a special 'Mommy and Me' Halloween themed event on Santana Row, so Bridgette got to put on her costume early and practice her trick or treat skills. I thought she made such an adorable little geisha girl in her kimono. She can't wait to put it on again tomorrow!

Reminiscing....

I never had a chance to blog about the beautiful wedding day of Erin and Nick which was held at the lovely Kohl Mansion last year. Along with Stuart Party Rentals, Nancy Liu Chin, and Enhanced Lighting, we created a gorgeous tent for their dinner reception of 300 guests. Componere Fine Catering served a delicious 3 course meal, followed with a cherry blossom-inspired wedding cake by Cakework and an elaborate dessert buffet. Even though it's been over a year now, I still remember what an amazing wedding that was!

We're off to Vegas!

I was really bummed to have missed Engage!09 earlier this year at the Ritz-Carlton in Grand Cayman but it was right at the peak of my wedding season. Needless to say, when I found out that Engage!09::The Encore was going to be in the West Coast, I was ecstatic!

Several years ago, I had the most A.M.A.Z.I.N.G experience at the Wynn Las Vegas with an elite group of wedding planners from around the country. This time, I will get to experience Encore, Wynn's newest property on the strip, amongst some of the highest talents from the wedding industry! I can't wait to meet everyone!
