We were 'at sea' for the entire day today. At first, I was afraid that we would be bored, but as it turned out there was not enough time to do all that we wanted to do! I lounged around a lot and read while Alan took a dip in the pools. He attended a fitness course on 'How to Flatten Your Tummy' (how appropriate for a cruise, right?) while I worked out at the gym. We even played Bingo because we couldn't resist the temptation of all the great prizes including a free cruise for 2! In the mid-afternoon, we took a dance class on cha cha, which was super fun. We also took another fitness class together on 'How to Detox Your Body'. It was an eye opener for me and I am so motivated to change to a healther lifestyle after this cruise is over! Did you know that to neutralize a cup of coffee in your system you will need to drink 36 glasses of water?
For dinner, we decided to splurge a bit and ate at the Teppanyaki Restaurant on board. The food was fab, and the chef was very entertaining.
I love how this 'freestyle cruising' gives us as passengers so many choices. There is never a pressure to dress up (only if we want to), and we can eat whatever, whenever. It's definitely a newer concept to cruising, and one that I am falling in love with...
Hi Jubilee,
ReplyDeleteLisa Lefkowitz recommended that I contact you for my Oct 10 Napa wedding. It looks like you are on vacation now, but please email me when you get the chance. I live in China and am unable to load your website, I can only get on your blog. Please let me know if you are free for a Oct 10 wedding.
Thanks!
Ning
You even sound more relaxed. Love it! I know you are missing B but she is in good hands and you two are investing in your relationship. Cheers!
